neat photos! glad I am not paying for the fuel on those two motors !! does traffic / track profile/ grades warrant that much horsepower??? I know on the shortline I work for we can move 50 cars at 10mph with one 3000hp SD40-2 or GP40-2 for power. Inquiring minds would like to know not nitpicking just curious. TO used to have almost daily coverage of this line just after that ex-CN SD40-2W was repainted into that gaudy Rio Grande-esque paint scheme. Seems like PN is in no hurry to repaint anything else.
