Black / White or Color?

Okay everyone, here's your chance, what would this sketch best be finished with? Watercolors or Pen / Ink-Pencil? The downside to Watercolor is that the paper used is a 140# paper which is kind of light weight and tends to ripple up with the addition of water. I normally used a much heavier paper (300#) which stays very rigid. I thank you for your support!
