Been observing while passing this area, construction work north of, south of, under Rt 30 and parallel to the Port Road ........waiting to see if it becomes obvious what is being developed, but it is not obvious at this time. Anyone know what is happening at this location?????

Looks like there's considerable construction on the south end of the site, between the fire house and COLA tower. Will the new road be a four land bypass? Looked like that's what the grading was setting up to do.

This could offer a view of the train waiting area north of the highway bridge, as well.
