Thanks to those who gave me info on the WNYP
Author: ns2557

Here are 2 shots from my quick venture this morning at the WNYP in Olean Ny. Thanks to Baltimore/Randy and ToledoPatch for the replies. I managed a few shots from the trail by the shop area. Shot 1 has the 630 with the 430. I haven't seen a C430 in quite a few years. The 430 looked like it was in prime condition. The 630 looks good in it's maroon paint with the yellow trim. Almost A&M style. They both look like they are well taken care of.

Shot 2 is what I would believe a recently repainted baywindow caboose, the WNYP 300. This also looks real sharp.

I noticed out back of the shop area, the ex D&H RS3u 506. Whats the story with this one? Is it active or awaiting repair? Still looked good in whats left of it's D&H Bicentennial Paint Scheme, even with what appeared to be Tioga Central lettering fading on the long hood. Also down in the yard to the east were WNYP 417 an ex CP RS18u and RRPX M630 2338 still in CN Paint. Are either of these on the active roster? Sure do like the ALCO's. Have seen in the last month and half over 12 models on 2 RR's. They are still around. Thanks again. All shots taken today 10-25-2014 in Olean Ny. Ben

The reason the M630 looks "almost A&M style" is that it wears modified A&M paint. A&M got it from CP, then sold it to WNYP.

Basically correct on the lineage, but there was another owner between CP and A&M. It was lettered CRI for a period in the mid-90's as it sat around CN's Toronto Yard before it ended up in Arkansas.

There is ownership overlap between the A&M and LAL (WNYP).

CP donated it to a preservation group. They sold it to the A&M. Also, it is a C630. One of 8 on CP.

Is the C430 a former Morristown & Erie unit?
