A couple of goodies

Good afternoon everyone. Yesterday the Conrail unit was reported leading a northbound 335 mixed freight out of Macon. As everyone at work was in a lull, eager to get off work and go to the company Christmas party, I snuck out to go catch the elusive Conrail unit in daylight.

1: NS 335 seen heading north through Jenkinsburg, GA.

2: Going away shot....

3: Today I was out doing a quick photo shoot with the daughter of a friend and her boyfriend. While I was out, I heard CSX Q197-20 coming east and barely beat him to my location. Leading the train is one of about 51 total (non-wrecked) CSX Dash 9's.

Nice shots!! I hope to snag the Conrail unit at Chattanooga...it's looking pretty clean in your pics.

Thanks! They are tying 335 down at Aragon. A Dash 8 is now leading.
