"Sand Patch Color Nearing Peak"
Author: mancey

OK....OK.....I'm sorry for getting you here under false pretenses. The picture is actually BNSF color (on Q217) reaching the peak of the Alleghenies at Sand Patch (read Mance).....a few years ago. Now, while I have your attention.....like the little kid in the back seat who keeps asking..."Are we there yet?".....HOW IS THE FOLIAGE ON SAND PATCH GRADE? Please give us all an update. Thanks for being patient!

It is time to get out there. The leaves are fabulous all along Wills Creek, Flaugherty Creek and Casselman River. It was in the 40's this morning and tonight will bring frost. There is plenty of color in the valleys.
