APEX on the move today

Another Air Products High & Wide movement from their Hanover twp. plant over the CP Sunbury Sub to Dupont where the R&N takes it from their to the interchange at Lehighton for interchange with the NS.

I think it's 4650, but beyond that, I had the exact same question? Bizarro....

It was hastily repainted (by brush, I believe) in binghamton.
