Another oil train on the CF&E
Author: Train30

This morning I got a message that 66X had a BC Rail Cowl unit in the consist so I went out to catch up with it. I grabbed a few pictures around Lafayette, OH then set up for a video in Ada.

Enjoy!

Did someone count the number of tanks cars?

Nice setting (like the icicles), it's great to see big trains rumbling through Ada once again.

Thanks for posting; calls to mind lots of good memories observing Conrail/Amtrak during my time at Ohio Northern in Ada ('82-'85).

Cool how some of the snow fell off the roof of the station when the train arrived.

Caught this train east of upper Sandusky around 3:45pm but had slowed to about 10 mph. Thank you for the clip.

Your welcome. I'm trying to take advantage of these slow orders now while they exist. If it wasn't for a 10 mph slow order near where I shot the picture above, a picture from these two spots of the same train probably wouldn't be possible...
