That report also makes the Rayonier Co. partially
responsible for the accident. Because they allowed
the film makers access to the property adjacent to
the tracks.

which is only common sense in the litigation ladder of liability ...

Yes.

It's also a good reason for a company to send a security person etc when authorized but not employee people are on the property. You don't want people roaming around, without any situational awareness.
