The MAC was Back

This past Monday NS SD80MAC 7203 lead 167 east away form Louisville Ky. Due to my work schedule it was one that I could only hope to get since
80MACS are very uncommon is this area of the country. Today although the weather conditions were certainly not ideal I had the day off and when I heard westbound 239 leaving Louisville with the 7203 I gave chase. Or at least I was hoping too. Unfortunately 112 was in front of 239 and he stalled on Duncan Hill in New Albany stopping everything for over three hours. Attached are three images of 239 finally getting under way from around New Albany In. late this afternoon.
