Eastern Railroad Discussion > Good old rainy day photoDate: 03/26/15 20:00 Good old rainy day photo Author: agrafton Today was a good day to go out and photograph trains in the rain. Had errands to run so I put my rainy day lens on and if I heard anything
train wise I was covered. Didn’t take long till I heard a w/b CSX coal train T411, sounds like an outdoor building siding, call RT 91 aka BG122 on the CSX New castle Sub. He had to stop at BD Tower so I went about my errands and when I was done I heard him call Exchange in downtown Akron so I had over to south Akron and catch him from Miller Avenue bridge. Alan, photo 0 T411 w/b from the Miller Avenue Bridge in South Akron in a hard rain Alan Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 03/27/15 06:22 by agrafton. Thank you I did...:o) sunny day photos are easy here in lies the challenge . Alan Date: 03/28/15 06:00 Re: Good old rainy day photo Author: jmbreitigan Very nice Alan. Here in southwestern PA. of I waited for perfect weather I would not be taking too many pictures lol. At least on a day like this the coal dust is kept to a minimum. I noticed a sag in the track about halfway down the train. Is it that pronounced or does this photo make it look this way?
