Fs on NS 956; CP on K630; UP on 37Q

NS 4271 leads a four car NS 956 southbound under the new northbound signal at Shenandoah Junction, WV.  CP 5907 was leading K630 east (alcohol), and UP 8788 was leading NS 37Q southbound today.
