CNW 8646.

CNW #8646 is currently sitting in Collinwood Yard in Cleveland, OH...came in on a Q148 from Chicago late last night. Should return on a Q149 to North Baltimore.

I do not know if it's currently visible from anywhere around Collinwood. And it should lead Q149 outta Collinwood to if it goes out in it, it came in trailing unless they wye it or add power onto it.

Q14924 *planned* for 0700 in Collinwood. Subject to change.

Edit - Note that the train must be built prior to departure, so when it does actually get called, it will likely spend 2 or 3 hours in the yard first.
