Eastern Railroad Discussion > Backed Up at BroughtonDate: 04/23/15 20:33 Backed Up at Broughton Author: TrainCatcher Worked my way over to Broughton, Ohio on the former NKP this morning after hearing that NS 234 had the Penn Central heritage unit leading and the train ahead of 234, I60 (eye 60 - a roadrailer) was having problems with a detector identified car and would be proceeding slowly to the next siding east of Broughton, Ohio. I had plenty of time to visit with the PC engine before it continued its way east. Several other eastbounds were behind the 234 including 218, L75 & 10E.
NS intermodal train 234 holding the main at Broughton, Ohio at 0950 this morning with the Penn Central heritage unit in charge. FDF Date: 04/24/15 02:53 Re: Backed Up at Broughton Author: wabash1189 I60 wasn't the only Triple Crown train with issues yesterday on that side, they had another train suffer a trailer split open and start pulling apart in Bellevue. Made trying to get him to tell me our work orders for my train less fun.
