Ringling Brothers Blue Unit arrived into Youngstown OH this morning in a rainy fog.  NS 047 was powered by 2 CSX units.  CSX handed the train over to NS at Bufallo, NY.

1. Crossing the CSX at Center St Youngstown.

2. Pulling into the siding in the NS Hazelton yard approaching CP Gram, note the DODX caboose to the left.

3. Local C57 now in charge of switching out the train at Hazelton Yard pull across the CSX.

worked hazelton yard in summers of 1960 to 1964  was my first job out of college.  what a busy place it was. center street bridge had the prr b&o  pl&e  erie nyc all coming to together.  Got transfered to Philadelphia as traveling auditor and end up at Big Four in Ind Indiana as supervisor.  Being Red and going Green as boss never worked because central had there way of doing thing and they were not going to listen to a pennsey man.  Quit after 1 year.  Merger should never had happen.Loved the railroad up to then
