NS 204 is reported by Greer, SC (MP 470) on the Southern at 09:00 with UP 2001 Olympic Torch Unit, UP 6946, and CSX 5489, all elephant Style. Good Luck Out there, and Hopefully i will have shots up tonight of him (if all goes well)!!!

Does anyone more familiar with this train have a ballpark estimate of when it would likely reach Pennsylvania on the Lurgan?

It usually gets into Hagerstown, MD sometime after 10PM. Depending on how things are running, sometime after midnight (12-3AM) in PA.

Then the power "sometimes" goes east out of Rutherford, PA on something else (not always though).

I expect it to go out on Eastbound 24K from Rutherford. They probably won't send it to Chicago because they would have to add a cab signal leader on the front.

Or detour it up the Ytown Line. But thats very unlikely.

It would have to avoid the PRR across Pennsylvania for that to make a difference.

any updates as to where it went once it reached Harrisburg?
