A "Steam"y weekend in NE ohio
Author: CR6079

If it's one thing NE ohio in the summer is known for it would be hazy hot and humid weather, this weekend was no different and to add to the heat was the fires burning inside of NKP 765's firebox as she pulled the Ashtabula Limited over the NS' Youngstown line. This is a small sampling from today.FirstĀ  the 765 pulls notrh through the interlocking at CP Hubbard, secondafter turning on the wye at Ashtabula the train prepares to pull east on the old NKP main to offload passengers in the downtown area and then on the return trip 765 pulls hard on Carson hill.

A little further south the 765 is doing track speed through Dorset then as she rolls along at CP ATES and finally a look in b/w after unloading at Covelli Center and preparing to re-enter the Youngstown Line. Thanks for looking have a good one. Mike
