I always talk to locale folks and try to convince them that I am not a threat.  I promise not to throw trash or disturb any private property.  Sometimes I show them some of the images that I have already taken at other  Kentucky locations .  I try to make them understand my interest in the  "OLD RELIABLE "  L&N .  I carry a Cincinnati Railroad Club membership card and I invite them to visit  Tower "A" .  So Far,  I have always gained access to difficult locations However, if I am asked to leave I do so immediately .   Gary  L.   Woods
