CSXT Track Geo car inspection train

Just saw a CSXT Track Geo inspection train come thur
Pensacola,Fla. Train  had a car named Hocking Valley
on it. Does anybody know what type of car this is ????
And the former history. It was right behind the diesels,but
ahead of the power car KY................
