The train is seen passing by the entrance of Ashland's Riverfront Park after picking up cars loaded with taconite ore from interchange with CSX at the former Chesapeake & Ohio yard just east of this location.

I am referring to straw hats (not hard hats) and short sleeved shirts. Butler PA plant armors its imployees with PPD and strictly enforces it with a gestapho like attitude
