here's a set of signals for the interlockings, which the movable lift bridge is part of, for 2 different railroads under the control of the 2 seperate dispatchers for each of those roads but under the ultimate control of the 24 hr bridge opr, who reports the bridge down, locked and secure before he releases the bridge to each dispatcher ... i'm sure you guys will figure it out ... it's not that difficult ...
