I remember the OCS made a move to St. Louis about this time last year. Maybe that's where it's going.

There was rumors of it running west from Crestline on the CF&E-ex Pennsy-this week.

Apparently was stopped at Sebring for a time.
Have also heard it may (or may not) stay in Cleveland at Rockport overnight.
Best bet would be to go East.

Battery Park would put you on the shaded side of the train.  East 26th Street might be better.
