F9A through Ohio?

I saw a post that an NS F9A is on 956 to Horseshoe Curve. It was placed in Cinci around 0730 this morning. First off, is this true and second when would this get into Dayton? Thank you.

It was OD at 9:30am and still no movement

It was through Springfield, Oh over an hour ago so likely nearing Columbus if it isn't already there.

Saw on hu.com that it was nb through West Chester about 930am.  Of course that was almost 6 hours ago...
