Date: 08/27/15 18:52 Re: Chef Boyardee Plant in Milton PA Author: FL9 When I photographed the UCIR switching the plant in April 2011, they were receiving high-cube 60' (or maybe 50') boxcars and jumbo covered hoppers of flour. The plant is now owned by ConAgra Foods, but the smokestack still said Chef Boyardee.
