Eastern Railroad Discussion > Some Plum Autumn Tone

I found this patch of small shrubs starting to turn color Monday afternoon along the NS former Wabash line and the railroad thankfully ran several southbounds (rr west) in which I tried to use the plum colors in the images.  I tried to shoot in order to capture the trains with the reddish purple hues on both sides of the tracks.  

NS train 289 between Man and St. Joe, IN with 2683 & 9425.

Not too far behind is NS 171 with a pair of catfish; 9439 & 9356 at 1752.
