I live in the Boise, Idaho area and have been seeing a lot of CSX motors going to Motive Power for rebuilding, and also coming back to the UP Nampa, Idaho yard after rebuilding, for shipment back to CSX.
The first shot is a line of (apparently mostly former NS?) engines sitting in the west end of the UP Nampa, Idaho yard that I caught this past weekend.
I'm guessing they're being kept there until MPI has room for them.
The second shot is one of the rebuilt CSX SD40-3's from MPI, awaiting shipment back to CSX.
They sure are pretty when they come out of MPI's shops!

That first shot could be of some of the SD40-2's that CSX got in the trade for the SD80MAC's.
