Suicide threat disrupting NS Chicago Line

Several westbound trains have been told to take it slow heading toward Elkhart, Ind., because the ex-NYC main line west of there is a parking lot. Someone is on the overpass in La Porte threatening to jump in front of a train.

I was wondering what was going on up there! An eastbound stack train has been sitting for sometime in front of the web camera at Chesterton, Indiana!
