The one time PEPCO now MIRANT power plant in
Alex VA is using a bright yellow GE 44 tonner
to move coal into the dump shed. Any one know the
history of this unit?

They derailed it after its brakes failed.
Repairs are taking a lot longer than they
thought. A Bright yellow GE 44 tonner is being
leased to move cars.
