Couple it to the Pennsy N8 and 'create' a modern day version of the Pennsylvania-Reading Seashore Lines! My references indicate the caboose came from Renovo to Cressona PA then to Jim Thorpe. Has it been anywhere else in between?

The owner of the hack plans to have it return to the original Reading Company red with a black roof and white lettering.

------------------------------------------------------- > Nice set of pics. How does caboose get from > trailer to rails? Crane? They get the car off the trailer by un-hooking the trailer from the tractor. It lays onto the ground and they run rails from the trailer to the actual railroad. Then the locomotive with a spacer car backs up onto the trailer and couples up to the caboose. Then they pull it off the trailer onto the railroad. A friend of mine posted pictures of the operation on facebook. If you do facebook look up Brandon Bartolotta. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1296318213718625&set=rpd.100000213757284&type=3&theater Jim Date: 03/22/16 18:21 Re: New arrival on the Allentown & Auburn this past weekend.
