4K video the long Military Train

Here is a 4K video of the W864 Military Train, fast paste action and some slow.
This video was seven minutes long, I shortened it up to two minutes and fifty seconds
through speeding it up in places. The train was slowing to an eventual stop.

Kinda hard to figure out where this was, but the phone area code on the building shows it to be NE ohio.
