From the Southern Appalachia Railway Museum Facebook page:***Attention All Personnel***After careful deliberation, SARM will be operating a special "Farewell to the Secret City Scenic" excursion train this Saturday at 11, 1, & 3. This will most likely be the final time to ride and photograph the train. Power for the trips is planned to be SD-45 2024 and C-420 2064.

It should be noted that the power for the excursions is usually a pair of U-Boats.

Illustrating once again: before you invest cubic dollars and untold hours of labor, you have to own the ROW.   Otherwise you are dependant on the good will and approval of others.
