High Wide north by Berryville VA

heard on scanner feed, O54 high wide going north on H Line at Berryville, VA,  going at 25 mph 
and 10 on bridges.  meeting 203 at Shenandoah Jct,  290 was not happy being stuck behind him
all way to Hagerstown  heard them say something about Seimons

Because of his size, the DS said there was no place for 054 to pass another train once he went north of Marsh Run (VA) all the way to Hagerstown.
