Did they have to shut down for the DNC?

A lot detours for trucking and such in place.  Did they hit the RR too?

CSX train K055 went west on the Philly sub Wednesday night at about 7:15
as I saw it at the Meetinghouse Road crossing in Boothwyn but missed the headend power which I believe was BNSF.

Democrats do not want any of those big bad oil or coal trains near their convention. It might scare away the spectators!
