Eastern Railroad Discussion > Hunter's ReplacementDate: 07/25/16 10:00 Hunter's Replacement Author: wabash2800 I did a search and didn't see it here, so thought it might be a worthy post here, though it's been discussed on the Canadian Board.

including Mow Trucks Signal Maintainers or deadhead by train and if you fall into the time slot even Greyhound Bus. Date: 07/25/16 14:22 Re: Hunter's Replacement Author: Lackawanna484 That would be an interesting legal case if a dead heading crew was injured in an accident in a company vehicle driven by a car department or signals employee. They're not "commercial drivers" in any sense of the word. I wonder if the car dept employee etc would be held personally liable for civil damages , as well as the company?
Do they have cameras / voice recording in these vehicles? Date: 07/25/16 15:00 Re: Hunter's Replacement Author: dpc37 Lackawanna484 Wrote:
