Some classic cars

The Louisville & Indiana is currently is upgrading their railroad with welded rail and new ties. Recently a ballast train has been seen on the south end at Jeffersonville In.
with some fallen flag cars. Attached are three of those.

I'm glad you took these photos and shared them. Thanks!  I don't know which of the three like best!  Please add pics if you shot more of the 70/80 tonners and phosphate hoppers, etc.

Nice catch of the former Western Railway of Alabama hopper. It appears to be in very good shape considering that that road has been gone since 1983.

Great to see a shortline upgrading and the cars are icing on the cake!  Nothing worth seeing on class ones anymore, as exciting as a blank sheet of paper...
