GMARF #6: What RR is this?

Where are we? What RRs formerly owned and/or operated on the track shown? What are these locomotives and what RR inspired their paint scheme? Bonus question: what is the current RR's motto as depicted on these locomotives?

South Barre, MA on former Ware River Railroad tracks now operated by the Massachusetts Central. Engines look like MCER's GP38-2s in the Boston & Maine "Minuteman" inspired scheme. That's the Pool Services building with the Wildwood Development Corp Spur curving into town. "The Ware River Route"

Wow! You knocked it out of the park! Excellent!

Q: do you know who the original owner(s) of those GP38-2s is (are)? I was unable to determine that from a 20 minute Google experience. Thx.
