The latest CSX update on the Virginia Avenue Tunnel project in Washington can be accessed here:  http://virginiaavenuetunnel.com/sites/default/files/Coffee-with-Chuck-Presentation-FINAL-09-21-16.pdf .  "Coffee with Chuck" is the periodic Town Hall-style briefing by Chuck Gullickson, the CSX engineer responsible for the project, for residents of the area impacted by construction.  Chuck, and CSX in general, has been outstanding in keeping people informed about the project.
