First full Stacks at Shen
Author: ddavies

CSX 3319 leads Q135-22, the first full double stack north on the RF&P and west on the old B&O.  (The B&O was cleared for short stacks some years ago, but few containers now used are short stacks.)  Until this train gets to Cherry Run, it will all be new double stack territory.  West of Cherry Run, double stacks run to the Chanbersburg (PA) facilty.

Also today:
CP leading NS 211
KCS trailing on 290
UP leading V86 (north)
UPs (3) trailing on Q373
2 NS OCS cars on P030
2 CSX ACes for power on Q249

Nice work ddavies! Yes 53 footers on top but never two in a row as they hit each other on sharper curves. So you may see a 53', a 40' another 53' etc on the top.
Happy Holidays
Gonut

How does the train transition from the WAS-BAL sub to the OML?  Do they run around and reverse directionat Relay?
