Elkhorn Kentucky rumors/ traffic?

There was rumor of some traffic returning to the Clinchfield. Is the traffic still silent south of Elkhorn City? Is an occasional shifter the only traffic thru Breaks Interstate Park!

Last I heard there were still coal trains running to McClure, VA and back north.  There have been a few oddball storage moves and I think a baretable deadhead move ran about a month ago.  As for traffic actually returning, I haven't heard anything as of yet.  The lines are now Class II track, 25mph max speed as opposed to Class III 40mph before, which would probably affect transit times for manifest freight.
