This Is Not Your Normal Bed & Breakfast Location 

After having arrived in Atlanta last Thursday the Union Pacific Business Train was turned at Howell Y south of Norfolk Southerns Inman Yard then headed back north of the yard and tied down at the Parrot Avenue road crossing. The train is sitting on tracks one would expect to see MOW camp and/or equipment cars. The area is cleaned up and fresh driveway gravel in place. Several gen sets with lighting are also in place as are a contingent of security personal.  

So, The Stage Is Set …..For exactly what?
