CSX X981 High & Wide Extra (Rocky Mount, NC to Newberry, FL) at Hilliard, Florida.  Train is carrying components for the Crystal River Nuclear Power Plant that is being decommissioned.  These parts are reportedly for containment of nuclear waste.

Those our Areva Horizontal Storage Modules for used nuclear fuel.  The attached link http://us.areva.com/EN/home-3138/areva-inc-areva-tn-nuhoms-used-fuel-storage.html describes this in detail as well as the video show the entire process of moving spent fuel from wet storage in the fuel pool to dry storage in the Horizontal Storage Modules.
