Eastern Railroad Discussion > An Afternoon in South BendDate: 02/27/17 15:31 An Afternoon in South Bend Author: z-trains I was left with a dilemma on Sunday; I forgot my video camera's charger at home before I left California and that meant that I had a limited charge to go out yesterday after my outing last week into Northwestern Ohio. With not much range to work with I decided to head down to South Bend, Indiana, for the afternoon. Without further ado, here are the photos!

I saw a South Shore train on my way back to Grand Rapids but I didn't stop to film it, as the clouds had really rolled in at that point and it was going the wrong direction. A guy said it was easy to get to......however the surrounding area was very bad at the time.
