Why did the alligators cross the road & what RR is this?

Apparently this video was taken in Florida with a UP-looking locomotive hauling a bunch of hopper cars? It's hard to tell as unfortunately the alligators were in focus and not the passing train!

The railroad is the South Central Florida Express.  The train is hauling sugar cane.

Tend to agree.  Probably somewhere around south shore of Lake Okeechobee, vacinity Clewiston or Belle Glade.  Wpouldn't have gotten the carrier, though.

Cool. I guess that is something else to look out for while railfanning in Florida.
