So how did that work out PAL?

Paducah & Louisville's original units honoring Kentucky colleges -- 1998 and 3801 -- were at their Oak Street yard on Sunday morning the 19th.  In the NCAA basketball games that day one school prevailed -- UK, but having the 3801 in U of L's home town was not a lucky talisman for them. Regardless, the locomotivces looked good.

That's a nice catch together. They are actually not the original though as the originals were GP10 Paducah rebuilds of which I only have one shot of at Paducah yard 8-96.

I've seen them together several time in the yard at Louisville.  Great tribute paint jobs.
