At about 8:30am 21V derailed at Rockville (East side). Cars on the ground and both mains are blocked. Tough couple of mornings in the area...

Traffic MAY be able to bypass on the siding - if clear.

As of 9:25am a cut has been made and marker being tested.

The Reading line was a parking lot this morning for westbounds. 23M was holding at Blandon, 34A (with a ton of engines) held at Lyons, 11J at Bowers, H47(I think) with the 5303 was in the clear at Lyons on the Deka siding, all to let 212 come up the low grade. 10N has been sitting at Belt for at least 2 hours waiting to head east, and there's a 22V at Laurel as I type.

Thanks for the report.  Is the Low Grade line single track from Reading out to Fleetwood?

Yes, to further complicate matters a semi is hung up on crossing at walnuttown.

As of 9:45am 21V is on the move west with the first 11 cars of it's train. Tail section still being worked on...

10:15am traffic beginning to move on main one...

Walnuttown rd crossing is clear and trains are rolling in the Reading line again.
