Norfolk Southern brought the Ringling' Red Unit safely to Norfolk VA this past Tuesday night -- for the last time.  In the following images, Circus Traincrewman NIKKI ROBINSON captured stunning sundown images as the mile-long train rounded the balloon track in NS's Lambert's Point Yard prior to spotting.  (We will continue posting what images we can from both tours right up to the very end, and maybe some beyond the show's pending end in May.)

The train is spotted up WAY back inside the yard's old "RIP TRACKS" next door to the turntable where the round house used to be, past the current diesel refueling pads.  It's not visible from any public spot.
