I will be spending the night in Conway both ways on my trip to Chama, NM this summer. I would think this is the UP's old MP line. How busy is it really and what frequency do they use through there?  Thanks in advance...

They use 2424 160.470 thru there it's the Van Buren Sub. There is normally local power tied up just west of downtown Russellville and another local and crew change base in Van Buren just off I540. There used to be a pair of A&M Alco
swithchers in Van Buren at a sand yard close to the UP yard not sure if they still are stationed there or not

I am hearing least one train per hour. One very busy place. Museum is worth a visit $2.00 and a great vieting spot where the lines meet.
