Seen on my morning bike ride (sorry-no photos) Looks like the CSX crews are cutting over to the new signals on the Trenton sun through Philadelphia now, and have cut the old CPLs down.
The home signal at CP RACE is cut into 3 pieces and the signal heads are lying on the ground. The southbound home signal there is also on the ground. I think I saw the dwarf signals at Locust in the ditch.
The new signals are lit up and, and it looks like they are almost finished.
They are also re-routing trains on the High Line trestle through the city.

not familiar with CP-Race ... just know Vine, Locust, RG and 58th St ... cutover started 2 nights ago ...

I always get Race and Vine St. mixed up!

Regular were definitely again running through the B&OI/Vine as of this afternoon.
