Has Baldwin (FL) lost its yardmaster

Today (Sunday) heard Jax Ramp talking to Miami-Waycross manifest Q452 about whether there was a track for him in Baldwin Yd.
​With all the Hunter cuts, this leads me to believe that the YM might be gone and yard being controlled from the remote location of CSX's intermodal yard in Jacksonville?

Jax Ramp has been controlling Baldwin for years.
