Some of the rigging/equipment for the Blue Unit Show will be trucked over-the-road (OTR) to WDC, which may effect the loadout of the CT in Richmond VA. Departure time out of Richmond VA yet to be officially confirmed. Field Reports Needed for Times and Locations. Enjoy. A REMINDER from a previous post by Rhett (rbx551985) for thoes who are following the BUCT BUCT will depart Richmond, Virginia forever, on Norfolk Southern rails, heading for their next venue, Washington, D.C., via Robious Village, Amelia, Burkeville, Appomattox, Lynchburg, Charlottesville, Culpepper, Manassas and Alexandria. REASON: NS has agreed with Ringling' that the track connecting NS to CSX at Rocketts Junction. are WAY TOO TIGHT for long passenger cars and TTX-type flats to negotiate. Latest Information exchanged between Rhett and blackcatd9 at 09:45 AM EDT Currently the BUCT will pull from Richmond down to Burkeville and over to Crewe, then move east back to Collier Yard and then move north thru Richmond, Fredericksburg, Alexandria to Benning Yard Facility at WDC This may also be subject to change as operating officials continue to discuss the move of the BUCT out of Richmond VA. 'Track was back in service by Sunday..... |
